The third annual What Works conference for local news publishers will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Our current plans are to offer an all-day webinar with three sessions of hands-on workshops aimed practical skills in areas such as audience engagement and planning events to build visibility and bring in revenue.
Last spring we hosted a webinar on “The Ethics of Nonprofit News” that drew more than 50 participants. Our hope is to build on that successful event and offer something more interactive. Many more details to come during the months ahead, but for now, please save the date.
